Children of Invention

Children of Invention was a pretty underground film (as the profile goes for most indie-flicks) that just happened to screen at over 50 film festivals including Sundance in January of 2009.

Directed by Asian American filmmaker, Tze Chun, Children of Invention depicts its two Asian American leads, young Michael Chen and younger Cindy Cheung in a journey to fend for themselves amidst Boston citylife.

The film won 17 total film festival awards including 8 Grand Jury or Best Narrative laurels.
