Our visit to local watering hole, The Blue Tusk, turned up some very unexpected finds—quintessential pub grub with an Asian twist. But the quirky condiments (kimchi and Thai style peanut sauce) were just the icing on the cake—or perhaps more appropriately, the topping on the sandwich. A sampling of some of the city’s finest craft beer and newly-forged acquaintances with our fellow pub patrons made this dining/drinking experience one of the most enjoyable.
